Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our corporate finance team in Brussels. In this role, you will support clients facing operational distress, liquidity shortages and special situations. You will focus on gathering constructing predictive models and assessing capital structures to help businesses navigate financial stress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed corporate financial models to evaluate strategic restructuring options.
  • Construct 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts to stabilise immediate liquidity for distressed clients.
  • Assist senior advisers with debt advisory mandates, evaluating lender terms and capital structures.
  • Analyse historical financial statements to identify working capital improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials and financial reports for board meetings and lender negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, business administration or a related quantitative field.
  • Prior experience within corporate finance, investment banking, debt advisory or restructuring services.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analytical tools.
  • Professional proficiency in English, alongside fluency in either French or Dutch.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate to join our Special Situations team in Brussels. This position involves managing day-to-day operations on mandates involving distressed assets, joint venture disputes and corporate transitions across Europe. You will work closely with client management teams to execute operational turnarounds and structural separations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational workstreams for event-driven and distressed situations across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Conduct liquidity diagnostics to identify operational bottlenecks and cash leakage points.
  • Support the design and implementation of corporate turnaround plans alongside executive leadership.
  • Coordinate corporate carve-outs and asset divestments under compressed timeframes.
  • Assist during lender negotiations by providing robust financial data and scenario analyses.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate restructuring, transaction services or private equity.
  • Proven experience working on cross-border transactions or corporate transformations within Europe.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead workstreams under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one other major
  • European language.
